1. No Return Policy

Most of our products, including cakes, flowers, chocolate bouquets, and customized gift items, are perishable and made-to-order. Therefore:

  • Returns are not accepted once the order has been delivered.
  • We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect order placement by the customer, or taste preference.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

  • The delivered product is damaged, spoiled, or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered
  • The order was not delivered due to an error on our part

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The issue must be reported within 2 hours of delivery
  • Clear photos or videos of the product must be shared as proof
  • The product should not be consumed or tampered with beyond inspection

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Minor variations in cake design, decoration, or color
  • Slight differences in product appearance compared to website images
  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Recipient not available at the delivery address
  • Delay caused due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or local restrictions
  • Orders once accepted and prepared cannot be cancelled

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only if the request is made well in advance and before preparation starts
  • Same-day delivery and customized orders cannot be cancelled
  • Cancellation requests are subject to approval by our team

5. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the bank or payment gateway
  • Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are non-refundable

  • A replacement product, or
  • A partial or full refund, at our discretion

Replacement will be arranged as soon as possible based on availability.

7. Custom & Personalized Orders

All customized and personalized products (including custom cakes, messages, and special designs) are non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of damage or incorrect delivery.
